Each session will be dedicated to a theme of the day, which you can explore in the calendar.
At the heart of your gourmet adventure, you will master the secrets of homemade gluten-free choux pastry and craquelin.
You will also learn to prepare a delicious gluten-free cream before mastering the piping and glazing techniques to bring your gourmet creations to life.
The pastry expert will share her tips and recipes that you can easily incorporate into your own creations.
