Take part in a unique creative workshop with Veronica and discover the art of linocut printing! During this workshop, you will learn how to make your own postcard, with step-by-step guidance from a passionate artist.
The workshop begins with a brief introduction of each participant, then Veronica will help you choose and create your illustration. First, you will sketch your idea, then transfer it onto a linoleum plate. Next comes the key step: engraving. Using a gouge, you will carve the material under Veronica’s guidance, who will give you all the tips you need for a successful result.
Once the engraving is complete, it’s time to print! You will first test your work with a first print to make sure everything is in place. Then you can make three prints of your work in A5 format. These unique postcards, created with your own hands, will be true works of art ready to be displayed and/or shared.
This workshop is a great opportunity to learn about linocut printing, express your creativity and leave with original creations. A fun and rewarding activity, perfect for a moment of relaxation and artistic discovery!
