During this workshop, discover the secrets of embroidery alongside Mathilde!

After a warm welcome, you will first learn about the technique and materials used: embroidery hoops, needles, recycled threads. The craftswoman will also show you around fifteen embroidery stitches, illustrated with concrete examples.

You will then choose a pattern and a backing from a varied selection, or bring your own (non-stretch fabric).

Mathilde will then explain how to transfer the pattern onto the fabric and set up your hoop. You will embroider step by step, guided to master each stitch.

At the end of the workshop, you will make the necessary finishing touches before leaving with your beautiful embroidered work and an explanatory leaflet so you can continue practising at home!

NB: a drink and a healthy snack will accompany this creative session.
