Discover the world of chocolate making with the introductory chocolate workshop hosted by Laurent Gerbaud every Saturday: taste various kinds of cocoa and make your own chocolates to take home!
With friends, family, or colleagues… Every occasion is a good one to share a special moment in the chocolate workshop.
The workshop is divided into two parts:
Creating your own mendiants (small rectangles of dark chocolate decorated with dried fruits): put on your apron, mold, create, unmold, package, and taste!
A “Palate Education” tasting: twelve chocolates that introduce you to certain varieties of cocoa, followed by a tasting of the must-haves from the Laurent Gerbaud collection.
All workshop participants enjoy a 10% discount on in-store purchases that day.
