Meet Yannick, a fermentation specialist, and learn how to make your own kombucha! 

First of all, Yannick will take the time to tell you about his background and how he became passionate about fermentation. He will explain the basic principles of fermentation and will let you sample some of his recipes. 

Then, you will prepare together the various ingredients required in order to create your kombucha, which you will then put into a jar. 

After this interesting and friendly workshop with Yannick, you will leave with your own kombucha to enjoy at home!

Additional information:

The workshop is not heated, and for good reason! Yannick and his team ferment the lactos at room temperature and they don’t want to rush these fermentations. The workshop varies between 15 and 25 degrees throughout the year. Dress warmly!
