If you have always wanted to experiment with preserving and fermenting your vegetables, then this workshop is made for you!
Emilie and Pierre will guide you through the fascinating world of fermentation by explaining the basic principles.
You will also learn about the cycle of the seasons, seasonal vegetables and their use in cooking.
Once the vegetables have been thoroughly cleaned and cut up, they will be prepared for potting.
With a little salt and a few tips, you can start the lacto-fermentation process.
That’s it! You will finally have made your first vegetable preserves.
Throughout the workshop, you will be able to taste the most delicious preparations.
