During this four hour discovery, you will learn how to tame fermentation and easily integrate it into your meal.
Emilie and Pierre will guide you through this fascinating world by first explaining the basic principles.
You will also learn more about the cycle of the seasons, seasonal vegetables and their use in cooking.
You will then prepare a starter, a main course and a dessert based on this theme.
Fermented vegetables and fruits will be the basis of your different preparations spiced up with seasonal ingredients! Have you ever tried fennel confit with yoghurt?
