This Coffee Discovery Masterclass, a sensory workshop and tasting, is the essential foundational module that will allow you to understand coffee and appreciate all the links in the chain, in which each participant performs unrecognized work to provide you with quality beans.

From producers to processors, from roasters to consumers, learn how to navigate and evaluate coffee based on objective quality criteria. Understand the types of coffee, types of fermentation, types of roasting, and learn to differentiate between commodity coffee and specialty coffee, as well as between outdated visions and contemporary trends.

This module, imbued with activism, will shed light on an industry that is still too often in the shadows but is undergoing a revolution. Get ready to grind!

Anyone, whether a hobbyist or professional, eager to understand coffee based on objective quality criteria, whether for purchasing and implementing in their project, for personal consumption, or for advice in a store. Chefs, aspiring baristas, managers, horeca project creators, and enthusiastic individuals are ALL WELCOME! No prerequisites.
