Enter the studio of these three passionate women to discover the method of drying the plants and the processing techniques.

The workshop will start with the exploration of the place and the wonders that are hidden there. You will learn about the raw materials that can be dried to preserve all their benefits before getting down to business!

You will learn how to use dried or rehydrated and whole or powdered plants, vegetables, fruits, roots or seeds by creating three unique products: a powdered condiment or bouillon, a tasting of rehydrated foods and a flavoured risotto.

In addition to the knowledge gained, you will leave this workshop with your own delicious products!

This workshop is offered in several languages simultaneously. The artisan will adapt the language of the workshop according to the participants present.
