Enter Roger’s friendly workshop, where the passion for bread reigns supreme!
When you arrive, this passionate artisan will welcome you with warmth and good humour.
The workshop begins with a friendly introduction to the world of artisan baking.
You’ll then dip your hands directly into the flour to make your own bread dough. Once you’ve done that, you’ll go on to bake your own dough, following Roger’s detailed instructions.
During the break, you’ll have the chance to taste different creations while chatting with the expert and the other participants.
To round off this enriching experience, you’ll make your own sourdough bread.
Finally, you’ll leave with your creation ready to enjoy, as well as some dough to bake at home and an explanatory leaflet, so you can’t wait to impress your friends and family at your next meal!
