Initiate yourself in the art of pizza making as a group alongside Roger, Simon and Thibault !
When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by this passionate artisan.
Right from the start, you’ll be immersed in the fascinating world of sourdough, the magical ingredient that transforms dough into the perfect base for your pizzas.
After a theoretical presentation, you’ll be divided into teams to learn how to knead and shape the dough.
Then it’s time to get creative! You’ll each make your own pizza, choosing from a variety of fresh and delicious toppings.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll enjoy your freshly baked pizzas together, accompanied by a glass of wine, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You’ll leave with memories of this gourmet moment and a desire to reproduce the recipe at home!
