Join Alexis for a unique experience in the heart of his urban winery. This friendly workshop invites you to discover food and beer pairings while learning about the artisanal production process.

As soon as you arrive, Alexis will give you a warm welcome, ready to share his passion and transparency about his brewing methods. Don’t hesitate to ask questions! You’ll start with a tour of the cellar, where Alexis will explain the history of this emblematic place that has become a nerve centre for craft brewers. He will show you his vision of production, based on ecology and seasonality.

He will then present the ingredients used in his beers, all sourced locally. Depending on the season, the range of beers on offer may change, allowing you to appreciate the diversity of his creations.

The workshop continues with a guided tasting session where you’ll have the chance to sample five or six craft beers, each accompanied by delicious nibbles. Alexis will share the tasting notes with you and explain how the flavours come together to create the perfect pairing.

Throughout the experience you’ll be able to chat with Alexis, expand your knowledge and explore the subtleties of each beer. His artisanal approach and desire to give you an authentic experience makes this session truly unique.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with not only new knowledge, but also a deeper appreciation of the art of brewing.
