Tickle your taste buds with Céline and Guillaume!
They open the doors of their workshop to you for an immersion in the art of kombucha, fermented tea.
Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome from the experts, who will take the time to share the fundamentals of their expertise with you.
The experience will begin with a comparative tasting: plain kombucha on one side, flavoured kombucha on the other. You will also discover the essential steps in making homemade kombucha, while savouring a creation made on site.
Next, it’s time to focus on tea! You will explore its central role in the fermentation process and learn how to enhance its aromas through infusions.
You will continue with a sensory exploration of terroirs: colours, origins, infusion times. You will have the opportunity to taste an infused and then fermented tea, giving you a new perspective on the tea leaf and its many possibilities.
At the end of the workshop, you will leave with a new understanding of tea and a great deal of inspiration to experiment at home!
