Welcome to Véronique and Léo’s beautiful shop for an introduction to cheese pairing! Epicureans and passionate, they welcome you with enthusiasm to share their passion for well-made cheeses. In fact, Véronique was elected First Cheesemaker of Belgium in 2016, which is similar to the MOF!
It will start with some theoretical explanations about cheese, its conception and its history.
Then, the specialists will give you details of the different products available. You will learn how to match cheeses with different products such as different types of wine, beer, tea or even chocolate.
Through tasting, they will explain to you why these pairings work so well. Thanks to this workshop, you will have the opportunity to try out little-known, original, but above all, delicious combinations!
In fact, your senses will be on alert throughout this discovery!
