Enter into a fascinating and spicy world by discovering the spices of the world! Sandrine invites you on a sensory journey during a 1.5-hour workshop to uncover the mysteries of the spice of the day: peppers, cardamoms, cinnamons…

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be carried away by the enthusiastic passion of the dedicated producer! You’ll learn everything about the spice industry and production countries, the characteristics of each variety, spice families, and production processes.

You’ll be able to touch, break, smell, and taste each spice to better understand their subtleties. And to fully appreciate their aromatic palette, you’ll prepare a spice infusion that you can enjoy hot, warm, or cold.

But the experience won’t end there! You’ll be able to savour the spices with surprising blends that reveal all their flavors, accompanied by vegetables, cheeses, and fruits.

You’ll leave with a spice infusion and a sachet of spices, so you can continue your taste journey at home.
