Marthe-Esther invites you to discover the richness of African cuisine by exploring different starchy foods that will delight your taste buds.

Whether you’re a vegan or simply curious to try new flavours, you’ll have the opportunity to taste a variety of delicious starches, such as sweet potatoes, plantains, cassava, African couscous, and much more!

The cooking expert will introduce you to each ingredient and show you different ways to prepare them for tasty dishes.

After the tasting session, you can unleash your culinary creativity by combining these starches with other ingredients to create complete and balanced dishes.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll have the chance to taste the dishes created and discuss the flavours and culinary techniques.

You’ll leave feeling inspired and satisfied, with a desire to continue exploring the culinary wonders of the African continent.
